The PCU Vario 160 is a high-performance light-curing polymerisation unit designed to optimise CAD/CAM 3D printing with precision, flexibility and efficiency. Its open system features 30 programmable memory slots for repeatable workflows, alongside real-time process monitoring to ensure consistently high-quality results. With the ability to cure in atmosphere, vacuum, or nitrogen environments using a precise 405 nm wavelength, it delivers outstanding performance within a spacious 480 × 290 × 120 mm³ chamber. Scalable by stacking up to three chambers, for expanding production capacity. The optional connection to an external nitrogen supply makes it ideal for medical-grade applications.
